Otília Santos

Portuguese painter, she graduated in Plastic Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, in 1978. She was a high school teacher for thirty years in the Oporto area, having been one of the boosters of the “Artistas de Gaia” cultural collective, which encompassed a group of artist from Gaia or living there. She held her first individual exhibition in 1983 at the Centro Cultural de Aveiro. She executed illustrations too.
